Sanja Manakoski (Guest Artist)


She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Costume and Fashion Design from University of Applied Arts and Design in Belgrade, and her Master of Fine Arts in Stage Design from Northwestern University.  Before relocating to Chicago, Sanja worked on several theatre and movie productions in Europe such as November Man, In Secret, Chernobyl Diaries, Panama. She is one of the creators of the fashion label KLASA which received numerous awards on the fashion runaway in Belgrade. Sanja’s costume design for the musical Hair received the ULUPUDS award for Outstanding Costume Design and the best Graduation Project, and were exhibited in the Prague Quadrennial 2015. Her costume design and drawings were exhibited in a numerous exhibition in Europe, such as Italy, Serbia and Slovenia. Sanja teaches costume and make-up design at Northwestern University and University of Illinois at Chicago.

Previous designs include: Chicago- Romeo and Juliet (directed by Nate Santana) Teatro Vista, Days are Shorter (directed by Iris Howlat) Pride Theatre, Quixote on the Conquest of Self (directed by Claudio Valdes Curi) at Writers Theatre, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (directed by Matt Hawkins), Middletown  (directed by Sonny Das), The Great Gatsby (directed by Michael Cotey), Fuente Ovejuna (directed by Susan Bowen) and Danceworks 2017 (choreography by OnyeOzuzu) at Northwestern University. 


Craig Tropp

Set and Properties

Craig earned his undergraduate at Stockton University.  While there he was nominated by the Kennedy Center for both his scenic and lighting designs.  Since his graduation he has worked as a freelance technician, carpenter, and designer. He also works with Starlight LLC.  His favorite designs include Seussical with at Limelight Theatre, Charlette's Web and his work with Chrysalis Staging.      


Sean McCullough

Lights and Stage Management

Sean McCullough is a graduate of Stockton University in theatre production.  He works as a stage manager, performer, designer, and actor.  The lighting designer of Matt and Benn, and various dance productions he was also the assistant scenic designer for The Real Inspector Hound.  Sean's helped launch the premier of AHAB: A Musical Odyssey as their original stage manager.
